Clinical Research Center Coordinator presents a class on noninvasive neuromodulation at the XI São Paulo Congress of Neurology
Between May 24 and 27, Dr. Marcel Simis, Neurologist and Coordinator of IMREA HCFMUSP Clinical Research Center, participated in the XI São Paulo Congress of Neurology, held in the city of Guarujá, SP.
The physician and researcher Dr. Marcel Simis chaired the sessions on invasive and noninvasive neuromodulation, in addition to presenting a lecture on "Non-invasive neuromodulation: past, present and future perspectives".
The Congress discussed the advancements achieved with neuromodulation techniques for the treatment of diseases such as Parkinson's, stroke and chronic pain, as well as its promising future perspectives.
